On the 1th floor we have a restaurant with 20 outdoor and 12 indoor seating's. Also a small with 8 seating's is on the 1th floor. In the evening the front of the restaurant is transformed as a lady-bar with 12 extra seating's. The monthly rent is 55.000 Baht for the guest house, bar, restaurant The key-money is 300.000 every 3 years ( paid till December 2018). A new long lease is available upon take over. The Guesthouse and restaurant does have Cable TV, 3 flat-screen tv in the bar and restaurant, CCTV cameras, WiFi thru the whole building.
