looking For A Housemate!

There is a double room available right now in a nice and spacious house with a beautiful garden (car parking also) and a huge western kitchen! The room has a nice private bathroom and its own balcony.
I'm looking for a new housemate starting from now because my previous mate moved out in an other place.
The house is fully furnished (even with a washing machine) and it is located close to Big C and Makro in Hang Dong (about 10 minutes from airport).
The rental is included Wi Fi. Water and Electricity fees are NOT included.
