Big Quiet Space Wanted

I'm a long-term single expat (Thammasat lecturer for 15 years) seeking a big quiet place to live. Maybe a house, a shophouse, a warehouse or a condo in an old building. 75 meters or larger. Reasonably cheap. Close to a BTS station.

If it's cheap enough, I'm happy to sign a long lease and fix it up myself.

Nothing that charges more than government rates for utilities please.
