Wanted To Rent: Condo With Seaview

Im looking to rent a condo 90-120 m2 with sea-view in a secure building close to jomtien beach. Long term rent, many years. I'm 49, IT professional from Sweden and permanently living in Thailand. Non smoker and rarely drink. Single with a healthy lifestyle, no animals. Important for me is:

- Sea-view
- Big balcony
- Big kitchen
- Security (i do travel a bit abroad)
- Original electric bill (price)

Less important is furniture, i got a lot.
