I am looking together with my thai Wife for a

1 Bedroom condo (not a Studio) in the Area Pratamnak Hill.

sice: 35qm up

Budget: up to 1.7 Million Baht.

Ownership: doesn't metter thai or foreign

We are stay at the moment in Austria Europe, we will arrive in October in Pattaya, and then we also want buy a condo very quick. This is why i start to looking for offers so early.
