Seeking head chef (and a waitress) for resort restaurant

We are a luxury eco-resort in Hang Dong (about 2km from grand canyon) seeking a chef and wait staff.

Chef:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified chef for our Resort's Restaurant.
Applicants should have experience, creating quality dishes, managing a kitchen, ordering and monitoring supplies, and should be fluent in English. Must possess creativity, reliability, and a passion for food.

Waitress:
Must have experience in food service industry, speak some english, and possess a willingness to learn. Experience in Bartending or making cocktails is a plus, but must possess a willingness to learn.
