Selling My Partnership In Unique Tour Startup

My partner (an established Chiang Mai tour company) and I have set up a tour service for a unique Chiang Mai destination that no other tour company is servicing.

I have completed all the start-up work (website, brochures, placards, translations, schedules, etc.) and now my partner will begin to implement. The profit split is 70%/30% with my partner getting the lions share because he is now doing all the work. My side of the partnership maintains the website, handles online marketing, and responds to email inquiries.
