If the seller can not provide you with this information, the business is merely worth the contents of its fixtures and fittings. You need to be clear whether you are purchasing a business, or just a property with an over the top price tag, which is not justified, other than the owner ''believes it is worth that''.

I can do this report for 500 Baht or 1250 Baht, (if report requires analysis of records, the price will be 1250, as its quite a lengthy process!) depending on the amount of time that will be required. The reason why it is so cheap is because I am in full time Higher Education and residing in Thailand whilst I do so, I am a British national.
