Our 3-year lease expires soon and the owner wants to move back itself. We, a very quiet and clean CH-Thai family (seit14 years in Thailand), look for another rental home. Main features: 2-3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen. Small patio, Carpark, enclosed grounds. Preferred Location: North Pattaya - Nongplalai. (No flood plain).
