Guest house/homestay for sale. If you wish to move to rural Isaan without investing too much this is your oportunity with a lease. You can also buy, asking for construction cost only. Bathrooms are all tiled. Building need painting or facade stones + furniture. Gov. meter water and electric. Property have adress (167/1 moo 4) and housebook so owner/leasee can register residence. Apart from studio rooms with kitchen, there is a commercial/shop about 70sqm, small room with toilet, the shop can be rented out seperately. Behind the shop a vacant pizza/bar area also with guest toilets, on second floor a large open seating area (250sqm) for pizza restaurent guest. There is no pizza delivery company in the local area, that could be an idea for running a business. House not far from Lampao dam with fishing and boating. Farmland can be leased or sold. The whole of Isaan is a plateau 250-300 meter over ocean. With storm rains our village never gets flooded when nearby villages can get problem.

Excellent farmland in Kalasin, HuayMek area. Invest in something that last over time - a sugarcane plantation! Produce your own organic rhum agricole or traditional molasses rum. In the area some fields have been covered in solarpanals with grazing lambs eating grass underneath. Some grow potatoe which will be turned into biofuel addmix to the "gasohol 91". Our produce today is sold to the mill and made in to sugar granulates/cristals. Up to 100 rai from 200.000Baht per rai (in separate areas). Farm management is available for the investor that is only interested in the return, ROI. Reduced price on one plot of 19rai to 3MB in 2020 due to investment opportunety - my loss your gain - take advantage.

Sailing catamaran with thai registration (commercial). Passenger capacity: 8 + 2crew. Size 9,5 x 5 meters. Large roof, shaded area 20sqm. Front/net area 26sqm. Large icebox, bluetooth stereo, big BBQ, toilet, 2 stand-up paddle boards, snorkel & fishing gear, storage area in port hull (life vests, cusions etc.). Open cockpit/fresh breeze. No cabins and no aircons (and pls no morons). (If you are looking for luxury.... buy a Lagoon 65...) Yamaha outbord 20hp 4 stroke, bought new, not much in use, now just got a full service (again). Speed by engine 5kns, speed by sail 5-10kns. Boat has almost no draft 1 foot.... blade rudders are replaced to have wheel steering at healm, now rudder deepth has 3 feet (in the back so can still go up to most beaches). Thinking to make 7 shares with the boat, 1 day/week per shareowner. Boat has commercial registration, with negative & positives. If you are falang you can not take the boat out alone...! (No ifs, buts and perhaps around it...)! You can make a riverside/dock BBQ party onboard without the crew. Dock mooring is 1000B/share owner/month, including water & electric. Minimum 1 deckhand (500-900B) needs to be rented per day, IF you have a Thai wife that can buy a Thai skipper licence (she get the licence and you sail the boat). Skipper to rent is 1500B per day. Positive is that you can market the boat for a daytrip and sell the trip. Your cost is the crew 900+1500B, benzin + whatever you include. So it is a great combination in these Covid times if you have a private interest to go sailing on a catamaran but also think to the future about bookings... atleast domestic bookings that has been 10-30% during 2020.

MaePhim beach, Rayong 2h drive from Bangkok. Vacational housing community with very large communal pool. Bali Residency 115 houses in total, area very well kept, gated with security, about 1km to MaePhim beach. 28km along the beachroad to the west you find BanPhee, the ferryport to Koh Samet, Macro, Tesco and many local shops. Villa has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, sofabed in livingroom, guest toilet, kichen, storage, 3 aircon. Outside open air large sala, extended to make an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area. 2 car driveway under roof, also parking for salaeng (scooter with sidecart). Corner plot with extra large garden, plenty area to extend or build a jacuzzi/pool. The whole house is for sale at 2,99MB but since it is a vacation house I propose a share owneship 50/50. Half the house for 1,490.000B and half the time (but I am rarely there so you will get more of the time). Land is rented 12.800B/year but prepaid til 2030. Maintenance is 60.000B/year for pool, security, gardener, electric, etc. Government water & electric. If you wish to stay and check it out - I can rent out for 6000B per week.
