It is a very safe and problem free area. There is a Thai style shop only 150mtrs away which sells most of your daily needs including various beers and spirits.
The large garden area has many tree and plants plus plenty of room if you wish to have flower beds or a vegetable patch.
Optic fibre internet and cable tv are easily available from all the options available in the Pattaya area.
You pay electric / water by the bills delivered, NOT to the Landlord at an inflated price as with many properties.
