Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for all paid services on BahtSold.com, including ad boost packages, subscription plans, and AdCoin credits.

Ad Boost Packages (Featured, Highlighted, Reduced)

All ad boost purchases are final and non-refundable once activated. Boosts are applied immediately upon successful payment and cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded.

Refund exceptions:

If BahtSold fails to apply the purchased boost to your listing due to a system error, or if the boost was not delivered as described, you may contact our support team for a full refund or credit. Refund requests due to system failure must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Subscriptions

Subscription packages are one-time purchases for a fixed duration (e.g., 30, 90, or 360 days). Subscriptions are non-recurring and do not auto-renew.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. The subscription period begins immediately upon successful payment and provides access to enhanced features for the purchased duration.

Refund exceptions:

If BahtSold experiences extended downtime or service disruption that prevents you from using your subscription benefits for a significant portion of your subscription period, you may contact our support team to request a partial or full refund. Dissatisfaction with ad performance, number of views, or enquiries received does not constitute a service failure and is not grounds for a refund.

AdCoin

AdCoin is a prepaid credit system used to pay for BahtSold services.

  • Non-refundable: AdCoin purchases are final. Once purchased, AdCoins cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • No expiry: AdCoins do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
  • Non-transferable: AdCoins cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Account closure: If your account is closed or terminated, any remaining AdCoin balance is forfeited.
  • Usage: AdCoins can be used to pay for ad boosts, featured listings, and other BahtSold services where AdCoin payment is accepted.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a service failure on our end, please contact us at support@bahtsold.com with:

  • Your username
  • The ad ID or payment reference
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

General Terms

  • All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB).
  • Payment is processed securely via our payment partners.
  • BahtSold reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
