The master en-suite bedroom has two large Index wardrobes, double bed, dressing table and two bedside tables and bedside lamps. There is an air conditioner, ceiling and free-standing fan.

Emerald Resort was well planned with wide roads and lots of open spaces and gardens. There is a large club house near the villa. The club house has a big pool, children’s pool and Jacuzzi. There is a library, fully equipped gymnasium, changing rooms, toilets, lockers and showers. The main office is also in the club house.

Emerald Resort is a JURISTIC development which means the developer has handed the management of the estate over to the residence. The resort has a resident’s management committee (you can volunteer to become a member) they collect the management fees (2,000 Baht per month for this property which is based on plot size) the committee decides the monthly maintenance projects and implements the improvements decided by the residents at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is normally held in January. All residents can vote at the AGM. 100% of the monthly management income is used to pay staff, the security company, maintain the gardens, pool, club house, roads, street lights, gymnasium, rubbish disposal, maintenance and improvements.
