All buildings were constructed in 2020–2021 using modern and sustainable materials, including reinforced concrete and aerated concrete blocks for excellent insulation. The roof structures are made of galvanized steel, while the restaurant roof boasts a beautiful wooden construction with lacquered natural tree trunks as pillars. Bungalows – Comfort in a Tropical Setting Each bungalow offers: • A spacious bedroom (4 x 4 m) with glass sliding doors leading to a generous terrace (2.4 x 4 m), well-covered by an extended roof. • A bathroom (1.6 x 4 m) with a sink, a flush toilet, and a spacious open-air shower. • Concrete floors with tiles, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, and stylish interiors.
