Ever since I was a little kid and first saw this at just six years old, I was always interested in this show. I grew to love it and is now one of my favorite shows of all time, even being the 18, almost 19 year old that I am. For quite awhile I was never really able to buy the whole series since most of the time they only released parts of the series. I wanted to get the whole show at once, and it finally came true. Mr. Bean's Holiday DVD

This is not a movie for everyone.. but darn .. it is funny and silly and I love Mr Bean. I bought it for the grandkids but then, there I was .. sitting there and laughing, giggling and groaning right along with them as Mr Bean had one escapade after another... fun family movie. One of my grandsons can do a pretty fair imitation of Mr Bean that gets me to laughing all over again. Nice family watch movie...on the silly side.. but thats what makes it funny. I love Mr. Bean, Rowan Atkinson is a comic genius and a high Iq. genius as well... It was well written, well-casted and damn funny...The young kid was wonderful and oh so cute... I don't know why I didn't watch this movie earlier, but I've had a very bad day and this movie was the perfect medicine to brighten my day... I will enjoy watching it a second time, yes it's that good.. Finally! This movie is clean but brilliant and sheer entertainment. You can take your saintly aunt Jemima to this one, and you need not fear to let your children, or grandchildren view it either. It is a G and deserves the rating; there is literally nothing in it that is in any way objectionable. Why can't other films accomplish this? When my wife and I went to see "Mr Bean's Holiday" it was pouring down with rain outside. It was the first day of school too. Maybe that was the reason why there were only six in the movie theater to see this gem? We were three couples, yet for all the small number there was regular, hearty laughter throughout the whole performance. I don't know why some reviewers found it uneven or disappointing. It managed to have a lot of brand new material in it. The on-location European filming gave added interest. We never lost track of the plot or lost interest in the action. We're ordering one for ourselves (the wife and I) and one for the biggest of Bean fans among our grandchildren. By the way every one of more than a dozen grandchildren has been absolutely delighted with Mr Bean and have asked to see the episodes from the TV series again and again, as well as the movie "Bean". This one caps the lot in my opinion. This is such a hoot! Love watching it with family - kids and parents. Mr. Bean’s slapstick humor appeals to everyone, and the dialogue isn’t all that important (for those that are hearing-impaired). Everyone laughs out loud. I love this film! It's photographed beautifully in the South of France. I'm not a big fan of the Mr Bean TV series. Yet, I find this film funny, warm, happy ending, great music...etc... The Blu Ray has a few different scenes than the DVD. I imagine because it's the British release and not the US release that is on the DVD version. Legend Of Bagger Vance, The (DVD) Robert Redford directed this adaptation of a novel by Steven Pressfield that uses golf as a metaphor for one man's spiritual and phi losophical journeys. Rannulph Junuh (Matt Damon) was a gifted amateur golfer from S avannah, GA, until traumatic experiences during W orld War I shattered h is confidence and sent him into a spiral of alcoholism. In 1931, Adele I nvergordon (Charlize Theron), a beauti ful heiress who once loved Junuh, inherits a spectacular but financially ailing golf course after the sui cide of her father. To attr act customers, she proposed a high-stakes ma tch between the two most famous golfers of the day, Bobby Jones (Joel Gr etsch) and Walte r Hagen (Bruce McGill). Local businessmen sponsoring th e match insist that a local golfer be added to the card, and Junuh is dr afted for the position, but it soon becomes obvious that his game is ju st a shadow of its former glory. When things seem hopeless, a myst eriou s gentleman named Bagger Vance (Will Smith) volunteers to serve as Junuh 's caddy and coach, using a mixture of ancient wisdom a nd past-life kno wledge to help Junah "remember" the swing he's lost. Jack Lemmon narrate s the story, and J. Michael Moncrief plays L emmon's character as a boy. Wide Screen! Special Features Included! Note: May be shipped within Thailand for ana dditional Cost.

 The Duchess DVD

The Duchess DVD

Product Description A film that chronicles the life of 18th century aristocrat Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire, an ancestor of Princess Di. Captivating. Swaddled in whalebone and wigs, Keira Knightley steps into the restricted world of the Duchess of Devonshire, a royal lady popular with her subjects but stuck in an unhappy marriage. If this situation recalls Princess Diana (a descendent of the Duchess's family), so much the better for the purposes of director Saul Dibb and company; this film is eager to draw parallels with the unfortunate Lady Di, even if she is never directly mentioned. Knightley's unsuspecting girl is married off to the Duke (Ralph Fiennes), a distracted jerk who craves sons, and obviously has never thought of women as anything other than a means to achieve an heir. When the Duchess launches her procreative career with a couple of daughters, well, the Duke begins to get nervous--and partners outside the marriage become increasingly appealing. The Duchess serves up lavish portions of Brit-movie staples: costumes (which, in Knightley's case, are nothing short of spectacular), landscapes, and gorgeous music (by Rachel Portman). If it falls short in some vague way, perhaps it's because the film is a mostly one-note affair, meaning exactly what it seems to mean at every moment. Charlotte Rampling appears too briefly as Knightley's mother, and Dominic Cooper and Hayley Atwell (from Brideshead Revisited), rising stars both, contribute attractive lures for the principals. They prove the old movie adage: there's a lot to be said for eye candy. --Robert Horton Special Features Included. Note: May be shipped within Thailand for an additional Cost.
