Airport, quiet apartment in a very popular Thai area, nice and safe, close to temple and canal, on the characteristic On Nut Road (Thanon 77), cheap monthly rental, ideal as a Bangkok base for trips around Thailand and Asia. The 30 sqm apartment has air conditioning, balcony with great view, shower (there is NOT hot water), iron door, it is very comfortable. The building is very Thai style and looks rather shabby, but it is quiet and safe. Ideal for people loving Thai life.
The apartment is independent, on the 7 floor.

The Neighborhood
Suvarnabhumi International Airport is 40 minutes by taxi. Soi On Nut has many 7/11 stores and traditional shops, restaurants, food stalls, massage in a real Thai atmosphere. 10-20 minutes to On Nut BTS station (the sky train to get everywhere in Bangkok) and to Tesco and Big C department stores. 20-30 min. to Seacon Square and further Department stores. Many new restaurants in the surroundings. Close to the apartment is a temple, the Khlong Phra Khanong or canal with boats. Very relaxed and characteristic atmosphere.
Getting around
Many songthaew and busses in soi On Nut to go to On Nut station and BTS (sky train, 10-20 minutes, depends on traffic), from there 15 min by BTS to get to Siam. Boat on the cannel to go to Phra Khanong, Airport 40 minutes by taxi.
