ALSO NOTE; I am currently away at work. Get offers to be by 21st December for my return. Also note I have a heap of spares for this bike, which I will include.
ALSO NOTE SOME MORE; While I am out of the country I can send and receive SMS but not calls. Feel free to email for prompt replies given the time differences.
I offer for sale my beloved 2014 Hypermotard which has been extremely well maintained.
I have just ridden to Phang Nga from Hua Hin and return and the bike handled the journey with style: Safe and effective and dynamite on the twisty back roads from Champhon to Raining and down to Phuket. With plenty of over talking power and the upgraded front forks it was a great bike.... but I want to take the missus so I am going to upgrade to a Multistrada. Hence the sale.
ABOUT THE BIKE:
It has 11,000k on the clock. (10,880 but I intend to ride it for the next few days), originally a Ducati Phuket delivery, now registered in Pranchuap (Hua Hin), it has full insurance until March 2018. Tyres were new January 2017 and have done around 2500k: they are Pirelli Rosso II front and back.
A new sprocket and chain were fitted Jan 2017, and I have a a brand new spare pocket that sells with the bike.
You will note the bike is shown in both Red and Black livery: YES! You get both Red and Black plastic side covers, nose and carbon fibre tail (I put the genuine hand rails on for the missus and to strap bags for travelling). As far as I am aware the black is unusual in Thailand: I purchased the black online from the USA.
Andreani Front Fork Cartridges: These are worth around 20k baht and give you an adjustable front suspension. Made all the difference for both hard riding and long touring... soak up potholes mid corner with ease.
Front Nose, windshield, under tank covers, rear hugger, front mudguard, water pump cover, sprocket cover, exhaust guard, hand guards. (Note RHS CF hand guard got hit by a car door, and has a small amount of damage. Will supply the original hand guards and indicators.) Also CF rear seat surround if not using the grab rails.
Exhaust: Arrow CF exhaust fitted with dB killer installed. Can remove the dB killer, but honestly it sounds great as is and won't piss off the neighbours. Can supply original end can and also have the servo motor for the exhaust flap which I have removed.
Rizoma lowed bars and risers. This brings you further forward over the handlebars and makes for a more planted ride: You really need to be right over the bars to really ride a Hyper the way they are intended. Can provide original bars and risers at your request.
Crash protection: Bungs on front and rear axles and also on the Frame.
Touring: I have fitted a water-resistant twin USB drive to the frame for charging phones etc on the run.
Touring: Ducabike adjustable Brake and Clutch levers fitted.
Touring: Spotlights: Probably the most necessary safety item on the bike: You are seen by U-turners and other muppets in Vigos and Fortuners and it really makes a difference.
Touring: Radiator and engine guards fitted.
Touring: I have made a rear mudguard and attached to the number plate fitting. Your missus will thank me when it is wet or muddy.
So there you have it. Please see the photos and get back to me. I may have to go off to work OS for a while, but the bike will be for sale regardless.
