E-Commerce Senior Specialist (Bangkok Based)

We are looking for a talented E-commerce senior specialist to be based in Bangkok, Thailand!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement Ecommerce strategy and digital marketing activities to generate lead, driving traffic, conversion and maximise revenue
2. Lead and drive digital strategy for clients to drive awareness, enhance customer engagement and revenue & profit
3. Take necessary steps to improve any issues in order to maximise the sales opportunities and provide the best customer service online
4. Provide insights and reports to enhance Ecommerce performance
5. Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, joint promotions and events in order to drive web traffic and sales
6. Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, marketing activities and prepare regular reports to management
7. Review and refine the online shop platform, to maintain and update web channels and to work with IT to ensure the quality of online shop services
8. Work closely with clients, internal parties and external agencies to ensure marketing campaigns can run smoothly

QUALITIES REQUIRED
1. Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
2. Minimum 4 years or above working experience in digital and Ecommerce in Retail industry or work under Ecommerce enabler companies
3. Experience in APAC Ecommerce platform such as Lazada & Shopee is a must
4. Solid experience in online digital marketing, preferably in social media, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing
5. Result-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure, communicate well with internal team and external parties to achieve client goals
6. Excellent in both spoken and written English and Thai and candidate need to liaise with our local customer frequently.
7. Good command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Has Facebook CPAS and Google Analytics knowledge would be an advantage
