we have 3 villas just finished a total renovation, everything new, water pipes, electric, lamps, ceilings, floor tiles, both bathrooms complete new, all new windows and doors (sunparadise). pics are available. 3 villas with 2 bed 2 bath 100sqm living 200sqm/300sqm/400sqm land 1 with shared private pools. Dream Village Community has 26 villas and 4 apartments inhabited almost exclusively by foreigners. Most of them are only here for the high season November till March.

You could take the villa out of the company to register in your own company or register the house under a Thai national.
