After 20 years of development and construction on our 1.42 Rai or 2272 sqm of land, we have decided to move on and start a new project. We have participated greatly in the local infra structure of the surrounding land in terms of bringing in a road, 3 phase electric, water from the spring and 5G, in what is still to a large degree Than Sadet National Park.

The land and business is located on the NE side of Koh Phangan on the side of a hill running down to the sea on the edge of Than Sadet National Park 300M from the beach. It is accessible by travelling through Than Sadet’s newly installed Park Rangers Checkpoint on the main government road to the National Park. At present a 4WD car is necessary for the last 1k access off the government road up to the villa, since the road is steep and unpaved in parts but not difficult in 4WD. The 1k access road is in a state of continual upgrade and should be fully paved within the next 6 months.

A new paved 4k mountain access road to the 5-star facilities of Tong Nai Pan Yai, is also presently under construction by local government and is currently accessible in a 4WD vehicle.

The Than Sadet National Park checkpoint on the park entrance road has been a great addition to the small number of permanent residents living here in terms of monitoring everyone that enters and exits the park, providing security along the way as well as protecting the natural beauty and nature of the national park from unwanted development and encroachment. Subsequently crime is almost nonexistent in this area and is very safe. The two local beaches and waterfalls are not overrun and require a 100THB park entry fee for nonresidents which helps keep them pristine. Our guests/owner show a card at the Rangers checkpoint, usually just one time, which allows them entry and free access to the beaches and the waterfalls of Than Sadet National Park. Entry is also free through this checkpoint for any friends and family visiting.

Although White Azure is located close to the National Park, there is a good government road already in place to the island’s capital Tong Sala 20 minutes, Haad Rin 25 minutes, Tong Nai Pan 10 minutes.

Private speedboat transfer is easily available to and from Koh Samui airport 25 minutes. Government ferry about 30 to 45 minutes.

Big supermarkets chains such as Big C, Tesco’s, Makro as well as local markets and shopping about 20 to 25 minutes, Si Panya international school, 20 minutes.

The property is situated on 1.42 Rai or 2272 sqm of ocean front land leading down to a partially sandy flat rock coastline with access directly into the sea as well as possible mooring access should you wish to arrive by boat.
