As you enter the 2 storey main building you will find the reception and lobby, with comfortable seating directly in front of you. To your left, a fully glazed air conditioned bar, which looks out to the street.
Right of reception is the restaurant area with hardwood tables and chairs, small fish pond with fountain and is surrounded with tropical plants.
Left of reception is a large, impressive, all stainless steel, kitchen with serving hatch which then leads onto another large room offering stainless washing up station along with ample room for storage.
Also to the left of reception is a store room and wide staircase taking you up to the 1st floor where you'll find 3 a/c, fan rooms with bathrooms, showers, another store room and a huge terrace area with seating.
Back on the ground floor and walking to the right side of reception takes you past the restaurant and fountain, through 2 tall hardwood gates and into the garden. Here you'll find 10 charming and well built bungalows set out in an L shape around the beautiful garden full of mature trees, flowering frangipani, flowering plants, palms, and neat hedges.
Each of these en-suite bungalows have a/c, fan, fridge, lcd tv, kettle, a mix of king size & twin beds plus its own patio with seating to sit, relax and enjoy the garden.
The garden perimeter is lined with trees, palms, a 5 ft hedge plus a number of stand pipes to water the garden when necessary.
A path and 2 more hardwood gate leads you out past the garden and onto the secure parking area which is accessed from the side street to the right of the property and in through 2 large lockable steel gates.
Next to the rear steel gate entrance is a 2 storey, 3 bed, 2 bathroom house with a large covered laundry block to the side of it. All this too is (where we live) and included in the lease.
The whole property gives a generous feeling of space with the way its been carefully planned and the way the gardens have been planted. It really does have quite a special feel about it which hard to find in such a great location.
The property and land is also covered with a smart c,c,t,v, system which will connect to your computer or mobile device.
Come September we will be 2 years into a 10 year transferable lease and the rental payments are fixed for the entire 10 year lease contract, so no rent increases can be made.
In our nearly 2 years of being here we have built up a great business which is highly rated on all the online booking sites and we receive excellent reviews. We have many return customers already and our guests are from every nationality including Thai. Future bookings are already in place right through to August 2020.

Reason for sale - Our first grandchild was born in the U.K. 6 months ago and not being there to see him grow is just too much for us so we will return to the U.K.
