Solar powered Patong hotel and rooftop bar available. Located 80 metres from Makro Patong.
Hotel currently comprises 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom apartments for daily rental to large groups and families. Recently we added and tested 6 'mega capsules' with great success. We will probably convert one of the larger apartments to another 11 large and small capsules. They simply make more $$$$ per square metre than the apartments.
Although the hotel is profitable, I am too busy with my solar power company to allocate management time to ensuring good customer service. It needs someone who can focus on taking care of guests, improving customer ratings which will increase occupancy and rates.
Im looking for someone to take the business over, manage it, and pay a monthly rent of 150,000. At current performance (which can be improved with dedicated management), December and January revenues cover the entire annual rental, so theres lots of opportunity to make a good living.
Currently the rooftop bar is closed. Im simply too busy to allocate any more management time. It can easily be reopened.
