This house has a strong government energy supply and you do not need your own transformer, the wifi is super fast as well. Also it has never been broken into the house, it has not a single earthquake crack, it is not affected by the usual flooding at all, and also never had any technical problem. Sure the roof is absolutely dry and the pool totally sealed. There is a beautiful house cat outside and three even more beautiful fish inside the house in a little aquarium. No gekko, snake or scorpion ever seen in the garden - and no sharks in the pool.
The MuuBaan is perfectly situated. By main-gate leave to 2nd ring road and BigC, Home Pro, Global House, Varee, ABS, ACIS, Unity, Bangkok Hospital and CenFes without any traffic light. To Mae Hia Market, Canal Road in 6 minutes or to Immigration, CNX Airport and Central Airpot Plaza only 12 minutes by car. The southern gate goes straight to the 3rd ring road and Lanna International, APIS, Panyaden, Montessori, Had Farang, CDSC and Superhighway are quick. The western gate leads to Hang Dong road, Ratchapruek and Night Safari. Never stuck in traffic!
