The houseboat which is fully self sustainable, is roughly 180m2 of floor space on its own and sleeps 6 people comfortably. The boathouse which houses the Searay speedboat is roughly 350m2 has 3 bedrooms that sleeps comfortably 8 people, has a fully professional stainless steel kitchen, a big storeroom and a wet bar that is beside the housed speedboat.

Power is supplied either via solar, on board generator or alternatively via a cable that is connected to the power grid if desired.

Water is supplied via filters the extract drinking water the same lake that Lake Heaven is located on (Sri Nakarin Dam).
