Koh Phaluay Beach Resort – Your Chance to Invest in The Paradise

Discover a unique investment opportunity on Koh Phaluay, one of Thailand’s best-kept “Virgin Islands.” The island is part of the Mu Koh Ang Thong Marine National Park and is the largest of the approximately 45 islands within the reserve. About 40% of the island is habitable and available for construction, while the remaining 60% is protected nature reserve.

The Resort The resort consists of two land areas:
• Beachfront Plot (approx. 0.65 rai / 1,044 m²) with 30 meters of beach frontage.
• Hillside Land (approx. 3.5 rai / 6,152 m²), located directly across the island’s concrete road, stretching up the hillside and offering fantastic panoramic views all the way up.

All land on Koh Phaluay is leasehold land (Tanarak) from the state.
The resort is connected to the island’s solar-powered electricity grid and water supply. We market ourselves as an ECO-island.

Beachfront Plot – A Dream by the Water
The beachfront plot is terraced into three levels:
• Level 1 (closest to the water): Features a two-story restaurant, a beautiful wooden sala with a thatched roof, and the resort’s sandy beach.
• Levels 2 and 3: House four bungalows with sea views. All buildings were constructed in 2020–2021 using modern and sustainable materials, including reinforced concrete and aerated concrete blocks for excellent insulation. The roof structures are made of galvanized steel, while the restaurant roof boasts a beautiful wooden construction with lacquered natural tree trunks as pillars.

Bungalows – Comfort in a Tropical Setting
Each bungalow offers:
• A spacious bedroom (4 x 4 m) with glass sliding doors leading to a generous terrace (2.4 x 4 m), well-covered by an extended roof.
• A bathroom (1.6 x 4 m) with a sink, a flush toilet, and a spacious open-air shower.
• Concrete floors with tiles, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, and stylish interiors.

The Restaurant – A Social Hub with a Panoramic View
• Upper Level (15 x 8 m): An open space with spectacular sea views, ideal for a bar and restaurant guests.
• Lower Level:
o Kitchen (8 x 4 m) with storage rooms and a long hygienic granite-covered workbench.
o Two restrooms with showers.
o A large open area (12 x 8 m) for additional seating or relaxation.

Hillside Land – Potential for Future Development
This undeveloped land houses the resort’s water supply system (18,000 liters in six 3 m³ tanks) and has a road leading all the way to the top. At the highest point, there is a prepared plateau ideal for building a residence. The land slopes gently, making it suitable for constructing an additional 20–30 bungalows, most of which could have sea views.

Koh Phaluay is accessible via Raja Ferry, which services the island at least once daily. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
