The space
Apartment located on the first floor of the diving center “Ko Lipe Diving School”
This 60sqm duplex (for 4-5 persons) is composed of a large and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (big fridge, microwave, electric stove, all cooking utensils), 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. All rooms have air conditioning and fans!
The full kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee/tea area and all the utensils needed to prepare simple meals. A Dolce Gusto coffe machine is available (please bring your coffee capsules).
Each room is equipped with its own fan and air conditioning. A washing machine is available in the apartment.
The bathroom has a hot shower and a hair dryer.
The first bedroom has a “king size” mattress and a wardrobe. The other room have two single bed (which can be pushed together to form a comfortable king size bed with a comfortable mattress topper).
There is a TV with all VOD and live channels connected. Internet is free and has bandwidth 15Mb
The area
The apartment is located in the heart of Koh Lipe. You will find restaurants, bars, travel agencies, massage places, … all around the place!
Pattaya Beach is only 3 minutes walk (200m), Sunrise beach 5 minutes (500m) and Sunset beach 5 minutes (500m).
A “7/11” store is 30m far from the apartment and you will be able to find everything you might need. There is also an ATM machine.
