Construction is top end and superbly detailed. There is a new main and multiple others stowed below. The engine starts and sounds fine. In essence, to use modern parlance, this is a Halberg Rassy for Bavaria money. Work to do? The mast head requires halyards for all sails, an AIS aerial, lights, a VHF aerial. It is bare.
