All buildings were constructed in 2020–2021 using modern and sustainable materials, including reinforced concrete and aerated concrete blocks for excellent insulation. The roof structures are made of galvanized steel, while the restaurant roof boasts a beautiful wooden construction with lacquered natural tree trunks as pillars.
