I am an 60 Y.O. American Guy living in Thailand for 4 years with my Thai wife and our 3 Year old daughter along with my 14 Year Old step-daughter, We also have my 81 year old father living with us of which we are his care taker. Looking to move out of Bangkok/Nakhon Pathom now for more of a laid back setting, I`m also a lifelong fisherman, near any waterfront/Marina a plus, if you could be so kind and give me more info The Area`s of interest are , Samut Prakan, Amphawa ,Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon ,Haad Chao Samran, Puk Tien, Cha Am, Hua Hin, Pak Nam Pran, Petchaburi, Ban Saphan Noi, Bang Burd Beach, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Pathio, Saphil, Chumphon, I`m even open to Bangkok I guess if the Condo ect is at least 80-100 meters or bigger and no more than 10 minutes walk from any BTS, Older Building is fine, they are built much better and have real wood :) Interested in Condo, House, Multi dwelling, Apartment, Shop House, Town House, Commercial Building with living quarters, Land, Home/Warehouse. Fixer Upper or Major Fixer Upper for the right deal does not scare me, I have bought some real wrecks in the past and made them beautiful. I have owned homes and commercial properties since I have been 20 Y.O.. If you don`t want to sell right now and want to rent, I may consider that for up to one year? I own a merchandise/liquidation company for 27 years based in Arizona, USA. I would prefer to buy now if the owner is willing to carry with down payment to keep my cash available for my day to day business transactions , if you could be so kind and give me more info on your property .
