Very cheap, but very nice 63 sq m, 2 bed/bath condo in the much sought after Unixx development, in a superb location on the Pattaya side of Pratumnak Hill. The development is on a huge 7 rai (over 11,000 sq m) plot of land, with superb amenities including 2 swimming pools, huge water slide, climbing wall over one of the pools, multi activity lawn, running track, stunning sky gardens, BBQ areas (and BBQ's to borrow), huge indoor (air-conditioned) gym, outdoor gym, children's play area, putting green, boules court, huge laundry room, multi-story car park for secure covered parking for cars and motorbikes, huge lobby with free wifi (gym also has free wifi), saunas, changing rooms, Zen garden, communal salas with tables, cafe and mini-mart at the entrance gate, etc, etc. Managed by JLL, the World's leading property management company, with professional security 24/7.
