Boat is a heavy cocktail cruiser, for up to 12 guests. Hull has 15 -10 layer of fiberglass on a wood frame. Deck have 3 - 5 layers, ply is soft in places and need replacing, est. 10 - 20 ply sheets and wood beams. Boat needs TLC....! Boat is beached since Covid. Electric and water can be provided for work at the beach. Boat have Thai commercial registration and pre-Covid netted 1 million Baht per year but all that depends how marketing is done. Boat can be refurbished/reconstructed and put in private use. Room for 2 king beds in 2 cabins, toilett, kitchen area. And single berts or workbench/storage. I put new photos from 25th February. Drone photo is pre-Covid... Engines have a cash offer but should be sold with the boat. They are customized, not only long shaft but extra long. Both electric and string pull start. Imported directly from Japan. Open for cash offers. If you have less cash but more skills.... - Carpentry + epoxy and fiber - Social media and online marketing .... that can be full or part payment. (Marketing is for others boats I have). Meaning seller finance is an option.

Sailing catamaran with thai registration (commercial). Passenger capacity: 8 + 2crew. Size 9,5 x 5 meters. Large roof, shaded area 20sqm. Front/net area 26sqm. Large icebox, bluetooth stereo, big BBQ, toilet, 2 stand-up paddle boards, snorkel & fishing gear, storage area in port hull (life vests, cusions etc.). Open cockpit/fresh breeze. No cabins and no aircons (and pls no morons). (If you are looking for luxury.... buy a Lagoon 65...) Yamaha outbord 20hp 4 stroke, bought new, not much in use, now just got a full service (again). Speed by engine 5kns, speed by sail 5-10kns. Boat has almost no draft 1 foot.... blade rudders are replaced to have wheel steering at healm, now rudder deepth has 3 feet (in the back so can still go up to most beaches). Thinking to make 7 shares with the boat, 1 day/week per shareowner. Boat has commercial registration, with negative & positives. If you are falang you can not take the boat out alone...! (No ifs, buts and perhaps around it...)! You can make a riverside/dock BBQ party onboard without the crew. Dock mooring is 1000B/share owner/month, including water & electric. Minimum 1 deckhand (500-900B) needs to be rented per day, IF you have a Thai wife that can buy a Thai skipper licence (she get the licence and you sail the boat). Skipper to rent is 1500B per day. Positive is that you can market the boat for a daytrip and sell the trip. Your cost is the crew 900+1500B, benzin + whatever you include. So it is a great combination in these Covid times if you have a private interest to go sailing on a catamaran but also think to the future about bookings... atleast domestic bookings that has been 10-30% during 2020.
