It originally had a 15 year lease in Chalong which expires in December 2017.
In 2015 the company purchased 2 Rai+ at Pak Klok which has become the main office and work area. When the Chalong lease expires it will all be moved to the main site at Pak Klok.
The company’s main activities are container, mobile office and toilet, sales and rental and self-storage. Container accommodation and container homes are now quite a sizable part of the company’s activities.
The client base is extensive with long term companies such as Laguna, Marriot hotels, Phuket International Academy and all of the Phuket marinas and some of the smaller airline companies.
