This apartment does not face the pool, so less noise. It is discretely positioned in the corner of the Resort, assuring more privacy from other guests and residents. There is limited foot traffic in front of the apartment which enhances your privacy. Overlooking a green jungle area, assuring privacy from the outside, as well.
Nearby is Rawai Beach, which offers many attractions, including restaurants with seaside dining, bars, and shopping. Rawai offers many boating options if you want a day trip, diving, or access to the other islands. Rawai also offers many fitness/training options in close proximity (walking distance), including Muay Thai facilities, health and wellness, and gyms.
Another excellent beach nearly is Nai Harn Beach, which has been rated as one of the top 25 beaches in Asia by Trip advisor.
There is a huge featured common pool for the guests and residents to use, which is usually perfect after a day at the beach. It is the centre piece of the resort.
This apartment complex has been a long and well-established feature of the Ya Nui and Rawai Beach areas and is unrivaled in what it offers in comparison to the newer, more modern complexes, which are normally twice the price for half the size. The management team is very professional and responsive and provides excellent service to all the owners and residents alike.
