Immaculate family cabin cruiser under priced for a quick Sale!

We are selling this boat and one other as our lifestyle has changed and we no longer require two separate boats. We have paid a deposit on a single replacement boat, as such, we need to sell these boats at a price guaranteed to attract buyers fast. Please do not make a silly lowball offer. We are keen, but not desperate.
I had this boat restored and refitted for my family. As you can see We outfit of the boat with family cruising life in mind. We added 140 L of Intral fuel storage and a further hundred liters of freshwater storage. We had the hull re-glasses, all of the upholstery replaced and replaced the original outboard engine with a far more modern Suzuki fully automatic 4ST outboard. This boat is fully sailable as she is and indeed we take her out regularly. She lives on a lake so no saltwater damage to the hull or the engine. But she is perfectly suited to ocean life also. If you wanted to return this boat to an almost brand new condition (unnecessary but might be to your taste) I doubt you would have to spend much more than 100,000baht.
Some of, but not all of the additional modifications, as mentioned, fuel and water tanks, full Garmin system, Complete solar, cell charging system, etc. etc.

Sad to let this craft go she has one of the most reliable drive units I have ever owned and start first press every time without fail. Small 20 hp Suzuki outboard available for sale separately if you require an auxiliary engine. fully functioning shower and marine toilet in separate shower room (we actually never use it and were going to convert it to additional storage).
