I cannot speak about the technical room as its design only allows real technicians to understand why it has such and easy use and maintenance.The house has 2 water tanks (2000L each) One is in concrete and the other one is DOS concept.
The house has two pumps to supply the water. We actually only use the more economic one for 3 persons (155 W). Showering, gardening dishing at the same time is absolutely not a problem thank to the water supply installation.
Sophon cable TV is paid until November 2024
3BB wifi (optic fiber) is paid until December 2024.
Oops ! I forgot. The house is in the corner of intersection inside the moo baan with only one neighbour and no possibility to get another one.
