The house has a beautiful european kitchen (granit) and no separation with the living room. beside the kitchen, there is also a cellar where I actually store the fridge, water, foods and other items) All faucets are hot/cold water supplied with good and good quality. The house has an independent apartment that is 40 sqm that can easily be used for rental. The house has a private swimming pool that cannot be seen from outside. The pool has an overflow (no flooding in case of heavy rain) and an automatic top-up. The pool has its own restrooms (toilets, hand wash basin and cold shower) Nearby the pool, there are 2 sunbath possibilities. Always under shelter (for Thaï people, for instance) and a sunbathing one that is equipped with a 18" remote controlled fan. There is also a small area which is used as a kitchen with a sink and a very good grill plate. This area has a rattan/glass table and 6 chairs....And a very good fan above ! The independent apartment. 40 sqm It has its own electricity meter and breaker unit (connected on the main breaker). It has its own fully furnished kitchen It has its own bathroom (same style as the other rooms) It has its own dressing room. It has its own entrance inside the room and outside gate for a better privacy. It also has the pool view. Electricity installation is just unbelievable. European standard. The three kitchens have an active carbon hood. All rooms that are water supplied (Kitchen, toilets, bathroom or cellar) have an air extractor and a water drain. The three wooden beds (all are 5 feet), as all the other furnitures, are designed to ease an efficient and easy cleaning (no extra stand put on the floor, excepted the four corner ones... and sometimes, only 2 !). Dunlopillo mattresses (3e.a) are 100% Latex and made to order. All cabinets, dressing rooms, storage room and cellar shelves are made with good and real wood. Guests are not forgotten ! The house also has a guest toilet with hand wash basin. If you are good at math, you already have counted 5 toilets, which is a correct answer. I cannot speak about the technical room as its design only allows real technicians to understand why it has such and easy use and maintenance.The house has 2 water tanks (2000L each) One is in concrete and the other one is DOS concept. The house has two pumps to supply the water. We actually only use the more economic one for 3 persons (155 W). Showering, gardening dishing at the same time is absolutely not a problem thank to the water supply installation. Sophon cable TV is paid until November 2024 3BB wifi (optic fiber) is paid until December 2024. Oops ! I forgot. The house is in the corner of intersection inside the moo baan with only one neighbour and no possibility to get another one. The price is 10.500.000 bahts in the actual condition (no air conditioning installed yet) or The price is 11.000.000 bahts if the buyer wants me to install the air conditioning (I already have a quotation for 4 cassettes inverter Daikin) The house is in Thaï name - Transfer fees 50/50 Contact in English, French or Thaï.
