This house has a strong government energy supply and you do not need your own transformer. The wifi is always super fast as well, even it's the last corner of the Muu Baan. This house it is not affected by the usual flooding at all, it has not a single earthquake crack, it has never been broken into the house, and also never had any technical issues. Sure the roof is absolutely dry and the pool well sealed. There is a beautiful house cat outside and three even more beautiful fish inside the house in a little aquarium. No gekko, snake or scorpion ever seen in the garden - and no sharks in the pool.
You will have a beautiful 48sqm room in the 2nd level, with a glass front and Doi Suthep view closed by electric remote shutter to the balcony and a big bathroom with bath-tube.
