If you don't have an account with us, you may access and/or correct your personal data currently in our possession or control by submitting a written request to us. We must obtain sufficient information from you to determine your identity and the nature of your request so that we can handle your request. Once we have enough of your information to identify you and to take action, we will provide you with relevant personal data within 30 days. Please note that personal data protection laws may exclude certain types of personal data from your access requests.
