Do Not Sell My Personal Information And Data Protection Compliance

SOTO Holdings, Ltd.. and affiliated companies (“SOTO”) are committed to protecting the privacy of information and data that may be used to identify you, your personal information.  The intention of this Do Not Sell My Personal Information policy (the “DNSMPI Policy”) is to disclose how we use your Personal information (see “Privacy Policy”) and your rights to opt out in accordance with the Kingdom of Thailand requirements.  The effective date of this Privacy Policy is May 1, 2022.

You may withdraw your consent regarding the collection, use and/or disclosure and/or request deletion of your personal data that is in our possession or control. by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer by email address to support@bahtsold.com and we will consider your request to withdraw your consent according to the conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable laws.  However, withdrawing your consent may prevent us from continuing to provide you services.  We may therefore be required to terminate your existing relationship and/or the contract you have with us.

When you have shared YouTube or Vimeo content, in addition to requesting your revocation of consent by sending an email as set out above, you may revoke SOTO’s access to personal data via the Security Settings page in your dashboard.

If you have an account with us, you may access and/or correct your personal data in our possession or control by yourself through the account settings page located on the Platform.  If you don't have an account with us, you may access and/or correct your personal data currently in our possession or control by submitting a written request to us.  We must obtain sufficient information from you to determine your identity and the nature of your request so that we can handle your request.  Please submit your written request by email to the Data Protection Officer at support@bahtsold.com

Once we have enough of your information to identify you and to take action, we will provide you with relevant personal data within 30 days.  Please note that personal data protection laws may exclude certain types of personal data from your access requests.

For requests to correct personal data, once we have enough of your information to take action, we will:

  • ✓ Correct your personal data within 30 days. Please note that personal data protection laws may exclude certain types of personal data from requests for correction; and,
  • ✓ We will send the revised personal data to all organizations to which we have disclosed personal data within one year prior to the revision date. unless the organization does not require the revised personal data for legal or business purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable fee for processing and handling your request to access personal data.  If we choose to charge you, we will provide you with an estimated fee in writing.  Please note that we are not obliged to respond or take any action. against requests for access to your data unless you agree to pay a fee.

We reserve the right to refuse correction of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law. which the provisions specify and/or give the organization the right to refuse rectification of personal data in specified situations.
