Vendor Finance Wanted

Hi Im currently living in Australia with my fiance.
Im looking to buy a house or Condo that offers Vendor Finance.
Obviously if Im after this sort of finance I'm looking up to 1.5 million baht.
This idea is for our future so we can move there later and enjoy life.
I can offer 400 AUD per month towards something we can call ours.
