We have now been in business for four years. We had to build it up from scratch as it used to be a residence for the Mayor of Ban Phe. Everything was done from scratch with new electrics, painting everything inside out, lightning, new electrics, custom made bar and stools. Outside and inside tables. Water protection curtains for rainy days, security system with 4 cameras. We built a stage for music entertainment. A large sound system was installed around the bar with incredible sound. 6 widescreen monitors was installed to be able to cover all angles. The Matrix sound controller has 8 inputs and 8 outputs meaning that there can be 8 different input programs coming in going out to up to 8 monitors. 8 different things can be shown at the same time and re-directed to any monitor wanted. Right now we use 4 incoming and 6 monitors so there is room to expand. Downstairs features a well equipped kitchen, 2 very clean bathrooms, a stage, the restaurant area and the bar that seats 15 people. There is also a new pool table available. All together the restaurant can seat up to 60 people. We have many local customers who frequents us and also a lot of walk in tourists. Not only foreigners but also some Thai. Being that the place consists of two end units it faces and opens in three directions so there is always a fresh breeze when mother nature allows it.
The upstairs is a two bedroom apartment with a central common room. The master is about 50 square meters with a bedroom size bathroom with both shower, toilet and bath tub. Big closets ! The other bedroom is also fairly good sized and there is a second bathroom with shower in the common area. There is a ten meter balcony with views towards the park and Koh Samet. There is parking on both sides of the premises with room for hundreds of cars. Concerts size open area at the plaza where the they do aerobics daily. We love the place but have recently purchased a property and have to pursue a different direction. My interest is on the music side and I have an album to record and need more time. Wouldn’t stop me from from contributing to the Tequila scene if so wanted.A partnership might be considered.
Tequila has some special dishes that people repeatedly come back for. Most asked for are our; Chili-con-Carne, Pork-file with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Our Cheese-burger, the Put-in-the-Pan, Spaghetti Bolognese, Salmon steak and Fish’n Chips.
In a takeover situation everything downstairs is included (except for personal items) All installed electronics, security equipment, inventory, sound system in the bar as well as all the kitchen equipment. (The instruments and sound equipment on the stage are not included.) The installed AC equipment upstairs stays as well.
The rent is 20000 per month and it runs on a 2 year renewable contract. We have a lot invested and are selling for 2.800.000 million Baht. The real estate (2 units) can be bought for 6 million Baht. Please contact by email to:
