The Villa is in the small village of Ban Nong Yai. There are two double bedrooms, each having a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are two put me up beds available, suitable for children. A well equipped western style kitchen. Dining area with large table. The lounge area is comfortable for relaxing and watching a movie, having a TV and DVD player and a selection of DVD’s to choice from. The Villa is fully Air-Conditioned. The Villa as Wireless Internet. (WIFI) Outside there are Sun Beds, for that essential sun bathing with the patio area catching the sun just about all day. The all important Swimming Pool for when you need to cool off. Also the covered shaded area with seating where you can eat and take a cool drink and just relax. The patio area is really private too. At the front of the Villa there is a car port having a side entrance into the villa. The Property is Non Smoking but you are very welcome to smoke outdoors. It is advisable to have some transport while you are staying at the Villa. This can be arranged for your arrival. You can hire a Moped which is good for getting around and they are easy to ride. A Car or Pick up Truck are good too. You can get a Taxi if you prefer. You will pay direct to the person for the hire of Moped or Car when you arrive. A Taxi can be arranged for your arrival at the airport, this can be a car or a minibus and you will pay your driver when you get to the Villa. Electricity charged at 5 baht/unit on metre.
