I bought this VIP Caravelle from one of the wealthiest families in Bangkok last year with only 38'000 km, but I've hardly ever driven it, which is a shame. Most of these luxury van's for about this price have 100-200k kms on the odo. This one is however still almost virgin...hardly even fully run in! It's new price was 3.3 million baht, I have the original invoice and it was always serviced at the VW importer Thaiyarnyon and every service invoice is available. Tires are new, aircon refilled/cleaned, fresh MOT until December 2024. I just had it serviced at 42000 km for 35'000 THB by the best VW Caravelle mechanic, Achan Denchai in Hua Hin. For people who are not familiar with the VW Caravelle 2.0 BTDI LWB VIP by Thaiyarnyon: Engine: 1968 cc twin turbo diesel 180 hp, 400 N torque, 7-speed double clutch automatic transmission, front wheel drive, cruise control. Body: fully zinc coated primer, perfect paint with only a few stone chips, no rust, (even after 25 years, as I have a T4 from 1999 to prove it!) This van here comes as a possible 11 seater but that's for midgets. I never had the extra 3-seater bench installed but it's included. That's why the road tax is lower, btw! Interior: all leather, 4 captains chairs in the back, fully electrical. TV/Hifi/Karaoke and double glass electrical separation between pax and driver compartment. 12V and 220VAC outlets.
